UPDATE as of July 17, 2017 Philippine National Police Chief Ronaldo 'Bato' Dela Rosa announced during the 25th Defense and Sporting Arms Show (DSAS) held July 13-17 at the SM Megamall in Mandaluyong City, that a 'provisional' License to Own and Possess Firearms (LTOPF) will now be available for all gun holders who need to renew their firearms. The provisional LTOPF is exclusive only to gun holders with existing firearms and will no longer require a drug/neuro test. It will be valid for six months. Gun Safety Certificate (duly authenticated at Counter 24, FEO). P600 (from 30 minutes to one hour). PNP Directorate for Intelligence Clearance, P100; or Police Clearance, P400 in Quezon City. (NOTE: Price depends on which city you live in). NBI Clearance.
P115 (same day; or one week if you have a HIT); or RTC/MTC Court Clearance. NSO Birth Certificate or Philippine Passport.
Proof of Billing under the name of the applicant or Barangay Clearance. One valid Government ID (driver's license, SSS, TIN, etc). Proof of income. (any of the following: ITR, payslip, land title, certificate of pension, W2 or Form 2316, etc.). 7 Claim your LTOPF. After payment at the Landbank windows, proceed to Counters 11 or 12 and submit your receipt. The FEO staff will then print out your LTOPF Certificate valid for two (2) years.
